We want you to love your TOTOCHIC piece. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we are here to make you happy!

Please reach out within 14 days after receiving your totochic jacket to request a return.

Eligible TOTOCHIC pieces to return...

...must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused) &

...must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If all is fine, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

 

Shipping information

Our passion about totochic is real, that's why every order is packed and shipped by ourselves with care. We do our best to ship your jacket as fast as possible.

So, as soon as your item is in the hands of our shipping partners, we can’t take responsibility for delays or damages caused during the transport. Nevertheless we will surely try to help you out - just contact us via totochicc@gmail.com !

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
